Terms of Service (Terms & Conditions of Sale)

Please read these terms before you order. They apply to every order placed on parkypup.com. If you're a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

1. About us

Parky Pup is an online shop run from Brazil by Leonardo Sanches de Almeida Ventura, trading as "Parky Pup" (sole trader) ("we", "us", "our").

• Geographic and postal address for legal notices: Avenida Guilherme Giorgi 928, Apto 131B, São Paulo, SP, 03422-000, Brazil. This is our business address, not a returns address: please don't post items to it. We'll never ask you to send an item abroad.

We sell only to customers in the United Kingdom. Our products ship from partner warehouses in China. We are not based in the UK.

2. Ordering and our contract with you

1. When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. This isn't yet acceptance.
2. Our contract with you starts when we email you to say your order has been dispatched.
3. If we can't accept your order (for example, an item is out of stock, or there's an obvious pricing error), we'll tell you and won't charge you, or we'll refund you in full.
4. You must be 18 or over to place an order. Our products are for personal, non-business use.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT.
• Delivery costs £3.95 on orders under £35 and is free on orders of £35 or more. You'll see the total before you pay.
• We take payment when you place your order, through the payment methods shown at checkout.
• Prices can change, but the price you pay is the one shown when you ordered.
• If we've made an obvious mistake with a price, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
• We don't use made-up "was" prices. Any saving shown on a gift set is compared with buying the same items separately from us at our current prices.

4. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) only. Delivery usually takes 6–12 working days. These are estimates. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

Items are our responsibility until they're delivered to the address you gave us. They become yours once we've received full payment.

If delivery is delayed for more than 30 days after your order, or past a date we specifically agreed with you, you can cancel and get a full refund.

5. Your right to cancel

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (the last parcel, if it came in several), for any reason, and then have another 14 days to return the items. If you change your mind, you pay the return postage, but we'll never ask you to post an item outside the UK at your own cost: we'll either email you a free drop-off code for a UK post office or locker, or refund you without needing the item back. We'll refund the item price and our standard delivery charge within 14 days. Full details, exceptions and the model cancellation form are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Please use our returns form (or email hello@parkypup.com) before returning anything. We'll reply with instructions within 1 working day.

6. Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and choose a full refund or a replacement; you won't need to post it back. After 30 days (and up to 6 months) we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if we can't. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Product information, sizing and safety

• We describe products as accurately as we can, including measurements in centimetres. Sizes can vary slightly (usually by 1–2 cm). Please measure your pet using our size guide. If the size isn't right, see our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Some images on the site may be illustrative. Where they are, we say so. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.
• We only make claims we can back up. We don't claim any product keeps out all rain. Where a supplier states that a fabric is water-resistant, we say so on the product page. Harnesses and leads are not escape-proof or crash-tested.
• Pet products are not indestructible. Please supervise your pet with toys and new kit, check items regularly for wear, and remove anything damaged. Toys are not suitable for children.

8. Promotions

Any promotion has its own terms, shown with the offer. For example: Black Friday: 10% off everything with code BLACKFRIDAY10 on orders of £20 or more (item subtotal, before delivery) placed between 00:00 Fri 20 Nov and 23:59 Mon 30 Nov 2026 (UK time). One code per order; can't be combined with other discount codes. Prices shown are our normal prices; the discount is applied at checkout.

9. Reviews

We only publish genuine reviews from real customers. We don't write, buy or edit reviews, and we don't hide negative ones.

10. Our responsibility to you

• If we break these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
• We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.
• We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, severe weather, strikes or carrier disruption). If that happens, we'll tell you and you can cancel for a refund of anything you've paid for items not yet received.

11. Your personal data

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Complaints

If something isn't right, please email hello@parkypup.com with your order number. We aim to reply within 1 working day (Mon–Fri, UK time) and to resolve complaints within 14 days.

13. Other important terms

• We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on the site when you ordered.
• If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.
• Nobody else has rights under this contract.

14. Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Scottish or the English courts. If you live in Northern Ireland, you can bring legal proceedings in either the Northern Irish or the English courts. Otherwise, you can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
