Delivery (Shipping) Policy

Parky Pup is a small online shop run from Brazil by Leonardo Sanches de Almeida Ventura. Your order ships directly from our partner warehouses in China, tracked all the way to your door. We'd rather tell you that now than surprise you later.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only: England, Scotland (including the Highlands and islands), Wales and Northern Ireland, all at the same price.

We can't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or anywhere outside the UK. If your address isn't accepted at checkout, email us at hello@parkypup.com and we'll check what we can do.

You'll always see the delivery cost before you pay. There are no other delivery options at the moment.

How long it takes

Processing: we pass your order to our partner warehouse within 1–2 working days.
Delivery: usually 6–12 working days from the day you order.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse. If you order several items, they may come from different warehouses and arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking. Gift sets can also arrive in more than one parcel.

VAT

Our prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT. VAT is collected at checkout.

Christmas

Order by Friday 4 December 2026 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. We can't guarantee Christmas delivery, even for orders placed before this date. We'd rather tell you now. Ordering after 4 December? Most orders still arrive before Christmas, but we can't promise it.

If something goes wrong

Your parcel hasn't arrived: if it hasn't arrived 15 working days after you ordered (20 working days in December), or tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, email hello@parkypup.com with your order number. We'll chase it and, if it's lost, send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Your parcel arrives damaged, something is missing or it's the wrong item: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery (use our returns form or email us) and choose a full refund or a replacement. You won't need to post it back.
Wrong address: please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away. Once an order has left the warehouse we can't change the address.

Under UK law, the goods remain our responsibility until they're delivered to you or to someone you've nominated.
