Where do you ship from?
From our partner warehouses in China. The shop is run from Brazil by Leonardo. Delivery is tracked and usually takes 6–12 working days. We're slower than next-day delivery. In return, prices include UK VAT, every parcel is tracked, and Leonardo signs off every reply.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes UK VAT, and delivery is shown in your bag before you pay.
How much is delivery?
Free on orders of £35 or more. Below that it's £3.95. You'll always see it in your bag before you pay.
Where do you deliver?
Anywhere in the UK, including Northern Ireland. We can't currently deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man or BFPO addresses.
What if the size is wrong?
Check our size guide first — chest decides the size, and between sizes we'd go up. Wrong size anyway? Tell us within 14 days of delivery using our returns form and we'll send the other size free. One exchange per order.
Can I return something?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason, then you have a further 14 days to send it back. Use our returns form first and don't post anything until we reply. For a change of mind you pay return postage, but we'll never ask you to post an item outside the UK at your own cost: we'll either email you a free drop-off code for a UK post office or locker, or refund you without needing the item back. Faulty, damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and choose a full refund or a replacement; you won't need to post it back.
Is the reflective trim really visible?
It reflects car headlights and torches. It's not a light, so for very dark lanes add a clip-on light.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Order by Friday 4 December for the best chance. We can't promise it, and we'd rather tell you now. Gift sets may arrive in separate parcels.
Do gift sets come in one box?
No. Kit items arrive in up to 3 tracked parcels, ready for you to wrap.
How do I contact you?
